ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CCCMPA OFFICERS:

President: Represents CCCMPA in committees and speaking engagements. The position serves 2 years as president elect and 2 years as president, for a total commitment of 4 years.

President Elect: Supports the president by representing CCCMPA in committees and other appearances. Serves a two year term as president-elect prior to term as president.

Treasurer: Monitors CCCMPA budget, prepares expenditure and balance reports, works with the foundation to invoice and reimburse expenditures.

Secretary (North and South): Coordinate CCCMPA membership (North = regions 1-5, South = regions 6-10), and take minutes at CCCMPA meetings.

ACTION TEAMS:

Research: Coordinate campus-based matriculation research studies, and post RP Group studies. Team leader: Monica Green, VP of Research

Communication: Coordinate and updates the CCCMPA website, working with a committee to develop the CCCMPA newsletter. Team leader: Joanna Quejada, VP of Communications

Advocacy: Serve as Legislative liaison, coordinate advocacy efforts, and lead local-level matriculation advocacy trainings. Team leader: Anna Garza, VP of Advocacy
